Hours of Operation
Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Due to Covid-19 please give our office a call so that we may schedule a date and time for you to meet with the judge in open court.
Our office offers other options if you are not able to appear in open court. You can also get scheduled for a phone conference or a video conference.
You may also enter a plea in writing and email it or fax it to our office.
We also offer payments online, dropbox payments, and other options.
Please contact our court for more information. (There are some citations that are not eligible for online payments and must be set for an appearance before the judge.)
Payment of Fines
We accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, credit cards, and debit cards for payment of fines in person.
Payments can be processed over the phone.

If unable to process payment online you can make your payment by money order or cashier’s check at the court drop box located at 645 W Lott Avenue.
Please include a Driver’s License or Citation Number on ANY payment left in the dropbox. If this information is not attached the payment will NOT be processed and will be mailed back.

Filing a Citizen Complaint
File a complaint (PDF). Print and fill out the forms and turn them into the Municipal Court Clerk. The complaint has to be reviewed by our city prosecutor. For further notice, you will be contacted.
